Nisone is a journaling and health‑tracking application that allows users to record personal measurements and to pool data with other users on the basis of shared independent variables such as treatment exposure and subpopulation specifiers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, including the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Your measurements and journal entries are always private unless you explicitly choose to share a treatment guide publicly.

Nisone, LLC complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. Nisone, LLC has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the DPF Principles with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF.

Your Rights Under DPF

C. With Your Direction
If you choose to publish a treatment guide, it becomes visible to others.
Your measurement log entries are never shared publicly.
